The Program

NUTRITION PROGRAM (ONLINE and IN PERSON)

The Befit4Riding.com Nutrition Program is designed for each individual client. The program design and food choices will be based on your specific needs, dietary restrictions by choice (vegan, vegetarian, kosher), medically recommended dietary restrictions (food restrictions due to medications or medical conditions) and overall food preferences. Caloric needs will be assessed and re-examined on a regular basis as clients progress through the program.

Continuous motivational support will be provided to all clients as they work diligently to meet their goals and face challenges to their success. Clients will learn how to recognize triggers and adapt to situations by keeping a food journal and submitting it to BeFit4Riding.com for review on a regular basis. Programs will be continuously modified as clients reach short-term and long-term goals and a final maintenance plan will be provided once clients reach their goals.

Programs designed for home, travel and special occasions will be provided as per client request and needs.

FITNESS PROGRAM (ONLINE AND IN PERSON)

The BeFit4Riding.com Fitness Program is designed for each individual client. The program design will be based on the goals of the client. Programs for all riders will incorporate overall fitness improvement in all areas and will result in increased aerobic capacity (cardiac and pulmonary), increased muscular strength, increased lean muscle/decreased fat percentage, increased flexibility, and increased core strength and balance.

Specialized sport-specific programs will be designed for racers and stunters focusing on endurance and conditioning training, as well as increased muscle strength without increasing muscle mass. Long term, pre-season, in season and post-season programs will be offered.

Continuous motivational support will be provided for all clients as they work to achieve their fitness goals and face challenges to their success. Injury prevention will be a focus for all riders and racers. All clients will keep a fitness journal and note progress towards goals. BeFit4Riding.com will review the journals on an ongoing basis adjusting the program as needed. Programs will be continuously updated and a maintenance plan will be provided once clients reach their goals.

Programs designed for home, travel and special occasions will be provided as per client request and needs.

PRICING AND PACKAGES

All programs are individually designed and will be priced dependent upon the client needs and timeline.

Nutrition programs, fitness programs and combo packages are available for all riders. Racer/Stunter sport-specific training programs will include nutrition and fitness plans tailored as needed for the client.

Courtesy discounts for racers, stunters, Womin X, Chic Rider and Loonachix/Loonatix members are provided. .
